Bangasree Machinery - Commercial Return, Cancellation & Service Terms
At Bangasree Machinery, located at Bhagavanpur, Anandapur Road (near Sani Mandir), East Kolkata, West Bengal – 700150, we supply heavy commercial machines including the Paper Plate Making Machine, Hydraulic Paper Plate Machine, Agarbatti Making Machine, Notebook Making Machine, Wire Nail Making Machine, and Pouch Packaging Machine. Because industrial machinery is configured according to buyer-selected specifications (such as die size, motor horsepower, and electrical phase), all orders are governed by the terms detailed below and on the buyer's written tax invoice.
1. Model-Specific Service & Component Support
Service and component support for machinery supplied by Bangasree Machinery are governed strictly by the written invoice:
- Any applicable component support for electric motors, gearboxes, or hydraulic assemblies on a Paper Plate Making Machine, Agarbatti Making Machine, Notebook Making Machine, or other equipment applies strictly as specified in writing on the buyer's confirmed tax invoice.
- Consumable and wear-and-tear items (including heating elements, cutting blades, rubber rollers, electrical switches, seals, and dies) are not covered under component replacement and are billed separately as per requirement.
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, improper phase connection, overloading, lack of lubrication, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
2. Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Return Eligibility
Buyers are encouraged to inspect their selected Paper Plate Making Machine, Wire Nail Making Machine, or Pouch Packaging Machine at our East Kolkata facility before dispatch:
- Commercial Machinery Nature: Once an industrial machine has been dispatched, installed, or operated, general returns due to change of mind or business feasibility are not accepted.
- Verified Dispatch Discrepancy: In case a wrong model configuration is delivered compared to the written tax invoice, the buyer must notify Bangasree Machinery within 48 hours of receiving the consignment along with clear photographs and the transport lorry receipt (LR copy).
- Return Transport & Handling: Any approved return or exchange must be authorized in writing by Bangasree Machinery, and transport/handling charges are governed by the terms on the proforma invoice.
3. Order Cancellation & Advance Booking Terms
- Standard Models Before Dispatch: Cancellation requests for standard uncustomized models must be submitted in writing before machine crating or transport booking. Any refund of booking advance is subject to deduction of applicable administrative or preparation expenses incurred.
- Customized / Special Die Configurations: Advance deposits paid toward custom-built machines, special voltage configurations, or custom-sized dies are non-refundable once fabrication or die machining has commenced.
