Bangasree Machinery - Road Transport & Dispatch Guidelines

At Bangasree Machinery, located at Bhagavanpur, Anandapur Road (near Sani Mandir), East Kolkata, West Bengal – 700150, we coordinate road transport and freight booking for commercial equipment including the Paper Plate Making Machine, Hydraulic Paper Plate Machine, Agarbatti Making Machine, Notebook Making Machine, Wire Nail Making Machine, and Pouch Packaging Machine.

1. Order Preparation & Dispatch

• Standard Models: Dispatch timelines for a Paper Plate Making Machine, Agarbatti Making Machine, or Atta Chakki Machine depend on current stock availability and electrical motor configuration at the time of booking.
• Multi-Unit & Custom Configurations: Machines requiring specific die sizes, three-phase panels, or multi-unit setups (such as a Notebook Making Machine line or Wire Nail Making Machine setup) are scheduled according to the timeframe stated on the proforma quotation.
• Dispatch Documentation: Upon loading, buyers receive the GST tax invoice, e-way bill (where applicable), and the transport operator's lorry receipt (LR / Bilty copy).

3. Packaging & Unloading Responsibility

• Machines are prepared for road transport according to their weight and frame dimensions. Any special wooden crating charges are specified on the proforma quotation.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging local labor, crane, or forklift unloading at the destination godown or workshop premise.

4. Freight Charges & Billing

• All machine prices listed on the website are indicative ex-works Kolkata rates. Road transport freight, loading charges, and GST are extra as per the written proforma invoice.
• Freight may be billed in advance on the invoice or payable on a "To-Pay" basis directly to the transport carrier upon arrival at the destination transport godown, as agreed during order booking.
